The Student Yoga & Wellness Programme uses yoga, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness, movement and healthy routines to address common academic and lifestyle challenges.
Develop mobility, flexibility, posture awareness, healthy movement and appropriate strength.
Develop relaxation skills, healthy coping strategies and awareness.
Develop concentration, reduce distractions and use movement and breathing breaks.
Establish regular daily habits, self-monitoring and responsibility.
A progressive 12-unit yoga and wellness journey for students.
Today’s entrance-examination students commonly face stress, physical discomfort, mental fatigue and lifestyle challenges.
Examination pressure, fear of failure and emotional pressure.
Long hours of sitting, neck and shoulder discomfort, back discomfort and physical inactivity.
Difficulty maintaining concentration, poor sleep patterns, excessive screen use and mental fatigue.
Irregular daily routines and difficulty maintaining consistent healthy habits.
Practical relaxation and breathing techniques to help manage everyday examination pressure.
Awareness and concentration practices that complement the study routine.
Designed for students who spend long periods at desks, coaching centres and libraries.
Develop healthier recovery habits and evening routines.
Use yoga practice as a practical method for developing consistency.
Develop constructive responses to academic setbacks, mock-test results and examination pressure.
Instead of teaching yoga only as a series of postures, students learn how to connect yoga practices with everyday academic and lifestyle challenges. Example: Neck & shoulder discomfort → Mobility, stretches & posture work → Short movement breaks during study → Regular movement within the study routine.
Practices are introduced progressively and adapted according to the student’s age, ability and individual needs.
